Hi, we’re Christine and Danny, founding members of The Bellish Team - an experienced group of Real Estate Syndicators, Fund Managers and Equity Partners in over $93m of real property across asset classes and states. We’re an energetic, hard-working husband and wife team, with a strong sense of family and community values. As solutions-oriented leaders and loyal partners, they are constantly pushing to find the most optimal outcomes despite challenging circumstances, and are committed to doing the right thing on behalf of their constituents - investors, partners, and friends.

Since they started their real estate investing journey in 2018, they’ve transitioned from limited partners to owner-operators and asset managers, building a strong portfolio with 588 multifamily units, an adaptive reuse project, and a net lease fund with five commercial corporate tenants under management. They’re currently invested passively and actively in $93M worth of real estate, 1,112 units, across 7 states.

Prior to real estate, Christine & Danny spent 15 years in the NYC advertising industry spearheading multi-million dollar marketing strategies for some of Fortune 500’s top companies, like Disney, National Geographic, BMW, and Samsung. In this fast-paced, demanding environment they led by example and were recognized for their diligent work ethic, ambitious attitudes, and infectious enthusiasm.

Their three core business pillars are: responsiveness, transparency, and integrity. They believe in the pursuit of happiness, with real estate as a vehicle to building and sustaining wealth alongside old and new friends, and family, providing more time freedom, flexibility, and opportunity to do the things we all love the most.

They currently live, work, and play in Garwood, NJ with their small but mighty dog, Bobby!
